Job Description

We are seeking an Agronomy Specialist to join our team at our Brandon, MN location. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying fertilizer and chemicals to crops and performing various agricultural tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Apply chemicals to crops using appropriate equipment and techniques
  • Perform various agricultural tasks
  • Maintain and repair equipment as needed
  • Follow all safety procedures and regulations
  • Keep accurate records of chemical applications and other tasks performed
Requirements:
  • Experience as an applicator is a plus but willing to train
  • Knowledge of agricultural practices and equipment
  • Ability to operate and maintain various types of equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license

Pro-Ag offers competitive compensation with bonuses and benefits package including 401k with match, health, dental, vision and other ancillary benefits. Clothing and work boot allowances, paid holidays, PTO & ESST.

Compensation details: 60000-80000



We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $80,000.
