Dental Practice Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dental Practice Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively managing patient treatment plan presentations and scheduling appointments. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong foundation in dentistry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain and understand dental benefits and eligibility
- Present recommended treatment plans to patients
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with specialists' offices
- Take payments and construct payment plans
- Create and maintain follow-up lists of patients to contact
- Coordinate with our clinical staff and review the day's schedule in advance
Requirements:
- Strong foundational knowledge of dentistry
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of dental practice management software
- Superior phone and face-to-face communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a dental practice setting
Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, with a possible benefit package and/or commission negotiable. Relocation allowance may be considered for the right candidate.
