Position Overview

As a Sales Team Supervisor, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional experiences and top-notch service to our customers on a daily basis. This role involves managing all opening and closing operations, training team members on product offerings and promotions, and driving daily sales objectives to meet company targets and initiatives. This position provides a chance to advance alongside some of the industry's most talented colleagues and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exemplary service to our customers utilizing our C.H.A.R.M.S service model
  • Actively foster a positive team atmosphere that promotes the exchange of ideas, suggestions, and concerns
  • Organize, assign, prioritize, and fulfill store deadlines, ensuring follow-up on daily tasks within the store
  • Gain knowledge and assist in various store departments including customer service, product expertise and placement, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Assist team members in executing daily retail operations such as POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown procedures, promoting loyalty programs, and maintaining cleanliness and organization standards
  • Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to enhance personal key performance indicators through sales-focused strategies
  • Comply with Asset Protection policies and procedures, including loss prevention, inventory oversight, and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • 2 - 3 years of overall retail experience; preference for candidates with prior leadership roles in a retail setting
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with a commitment to motivating, empowering, and achieving team results
  • Strong communication abilities (both written and verbal) with store teams, operations managers, district managers, and corporate partners
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record may be necessary
  • Ambition to thrive in a rapidly growing, dynamic retail environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts, with regular attendance being crucial

    • Ability to transport merchandise using appropriate equipment to and from the stockroom and sales floor daily
    • Ability to arrange and display items on all shelves and racks daily
    • Ability to climb and descend ladders while carrying merchandise daily
    • Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance daily
    • Ability to remain on your feet for at least 8 hours per shift and to move around all areas of the store continuously
    • Ability to stand, walk, kneel, or balance for extended periods daily
    • Ability to read instructions, reports, and information on computer/register screens and to input information into the computer daily
