Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by utilizing our C.H.A.R.M.S service model
  • Foster a positive team atmosphere that encourages the exchange of ideas, suggestions, and concerns
  • Organize, assign, prioritize, and ensure completion of store tasks, following up on daily activities
  • Gain experience across various store departments, including customer service, product knowledge, visual merchandising, and inventory management
  • Assist team members in executing daily retail operations such as POS management, stock replenishment, pricing adjustments, loyalty program promotions, and maintaining store cleanliness
  • Lead by example and work closely with Store Management to enhance personal performance metrics through sales-driven strategies
  • Comply with Crocs Asset Protection policies and procedures, focusing on loss prevention, inventory oversight, and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • 2 - 3 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership capacity
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on motivating, empowering, and achieving team objectives
  • Strong communication abilities (both written and verbal) with team members, operations managers, district managers, and corporate partners
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record may be necessary
  • A desire to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts, with regular attendance being crucial
  • The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those encountered while performing essential job functions. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
    • Ability to move merchandise using appropriate equipment between the backroom and sales floor
    • Capability to arrange items on shelves and racks
    • Ability to climb ladders while carrying merchandise
    • Capacity to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance
    • Ability to remain on your feet for at least 8 hours per shift and to move throughout the store
    • Ability to stand, walk, kneel, or balance for extended periods
    • Ability to read instructions and reports, and input information into a computer daily
