Job Overview

The Production Process Technician will operate under stringent GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards to manufacture an API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) known as Pancreatin, which is utilized to address digestive complications arising from pancreatic issues. This role involves precise measurement, mixing, and thorough documentation of production activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control production processes via computer systems and control panels.
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the work area.
  • Assist in various production tasks as required.

Work Schedule:

The position requires a rotating shift schedule:

  • Two day shifts from 4 PM to 4 AM.
  • One group works Monday and Tuesday, alternating Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
  • The other group works Wednesday and Thursday, alternating Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
  • Rotating weekends with a pattern of 2 on, 2 off, followed by 5 on, 5 off.

Available Positions:

  • 2 openings for Monday-Tuesday 1st shift.
  • 1 opening for Monday-Tuesday 3rd shift.
  • 1 opening for Wednesday-Thursday 3rd shift.

Compensation:

  • 3rd shift differential remains at $1.50.
  • No differential for 1st shift.
  • An inconvenience incentive of $3 is provided.

Work Environment:

This role is set in a laboratory environment, utilizing computers, control panels, and documentation systems.
