Key Responsibilities

  • Execute necessary actions to ensure daily reconciliation between investment systems and custodians.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations among investment systems, general ledger, and custodians, addressing any discrepancies.
  • Propose, implement, and document enhancements to current processes and solutions.
  • Manage trade activities, assist with data processing, and ensure accuracy in transactional accounting within the investment system.
  • Generate, analyze, and present timely and accurate financial and regulatory reports.
  • Effectively prioritize tasks to meet established deadlines.
  • Identify and resolve technical and operational issues related to the work area.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on specific business initiatives.
  • Oversee the monthly closing process of the investment system.
  • Support audits and examinations by providing necessary data and responses to inquiries.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience is necessary.
  • Experience in Public Accounting and/or Investment Accounting is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Excel and familiar with accounting and financial software (e.g., Oracle, PAM, PLM) is preferred.
  • Exhibit initiative and a self-directed approach to responsibilities.
  • Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain consistent approaches and controls to uphold financial integrity.
