Senior Client Services Scheduler

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main liaison for access to client academic medical facilities and the Health Sciences Campus.
Manage incoming and outgoing communications through a call management system, including answering, screening, and directing telephone calls and electronic messages.
Address basic inquiries and escalate more complex questions to the relevant medical staff.Utilize various electronic communication methods such as text, voice, and email to relay messages to medical personnel.
The Patient Access Liaison II will also be tasked with scheduling and confirming both initial and follow-up medical appointments, as well as registering patients and verifying insurance coverage to inform them of any anticipated financial obligations.
This role will include data entry responsibilities, ensuring the accuracy of information, and performing reconciliations as necessary.
Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
