Key Responsibilities

  • Review and process warranty claims in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with external and internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage accurate invoicing and reconciliation of all Supplier Recovery related warranty costs.
  • Travel to Fleet/Dealer/Production locations as needed.
  • Perform additional technical and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is required; equivalent years of relevant experience can be substituted with a degree.
  • 0-1+ years of experience required.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Ability to create and manage ad-hoc SQL queries and dashboards within Snowflake or Tableau to help support claim management and goals.
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced just-in-time environment with rapidly changing objectives.
