Key Responsibilities- Drive client and resident satisfaction scores through exceptional customer service and effective communication.
- Provide a clean and safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff by managing the Unit Operating System and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping and custodial staff to exceed client expectations and deliver high-quality services.
- Analyze data and present insights to stakeholders to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Proven track record of driving client satisfaction and resident engagement.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership.
