Sales Development Professional

Venture Solar is looking for a seasoned Sales Development Professional to join our team.
This role requires a strong background in sales, preferably in outside sales, with a focus on closing deals and building customer relationships.
We prioritize open and transparent communication, ensuring our customers feel confident and informed throughout the sales process.
Your Role:
- Conduct meetings with homeowners to discuss solar energy solutions
- Negotiate and close deals through effective communication and relationship-building
- Collaborate with our appointment setting teams to schedule qualified appointments
Qualifications:
- Sales experience - Required
- Outside sales (In home sales) - Preferred
- Solar experience – Welcomed
