Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement market plans/projects to increase sales of specialties and gain market share in accordance with company goals and objectives.
  • Develop, maintain, and review market information relative to products, by, and industry trends both domestic and international.
  • Provide market support to PC customers, including problem-solving, market trend insights, regulatory insights, and manufacturing problem-solving.
  • Act as a resource for PC team members, interacting with sellers, IMMs, and North American formulation scientists.
  • Assist in the roll-out of new principal products and product lines to the sales team, providing joint call and technical support for these products.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in Chemical Manufacturing/Distribution or a related industry.
  • Technical Sales/Formulation Experience.
  • Experience in selling/promoting active ingredients for personal care.
