**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting sales personnel by enhancing communication with customers and outside sales staff.
  • Answering inbound calls from potential customers, explaining product availability, credit policies, and delivery policies.
  • Entering orders from existing customers into our computer system.
  • Calling existing customers to inform them of new product details, promotions, and events.
  • Helping to resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
