Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Cass Information Systems. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing of their inquiries and requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation in our proprietary system.
  • Identify and resolve keying errors, request paynows, and communicate with internal teams as needed.
  • Participate in functional and departmental staff meetings to communicate customer feedback and suggest operational improvements.
  • Perform daily processing of address updates and invoice processing for assigned clients.
  • Update missing vendor information for all bill pay clients.
  • Maintain ownership of client help desk tickets with assistance from the customer service support representative.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience.
  • Experience in a system solution environment preferred.
  • Dedicated customer accounts experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
