Senior Product Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Senior Product Development Manager to lead our product development team at Ground Up International. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in product management, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of consumer preferences and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities- Identify market opportunities, consumer needs, and competitive threats to inform product roadmap and portfolio strategy.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and development.
- Lead the development of new products from concept to commercialization, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct market research, consumer insights analysis, and feasibility studies to guide product concept development and decision-making.
- Optimize product mix, pricing strategies, and merchandising tactics to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Establish and maintain quality assurance processes and standards to ensure product safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze product performance metrics, sales trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Product Management, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive experience in product development, product management, or related roles, preferably in the consumer goods or retail industry.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully launching new products and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve results.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
