Job Title: TikTok Shop Product Manager

At TikTok, we're committed to creating a safe and trustworthy marketplace for our users, sellers, and creators. As a Product Manager for Anti-Fraud, you'll play a critical role in building and improving our risk control strategies to prevent fraudulent activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop forward-looking risk control strategies through data analysis and drive the improvement of product safety mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with tech and analytics teams to build and improve risk perception, identification, intervention, and governance effect measurement systems.
  • Reduce capital loss and improve metrics related to risk exposure by implementing a systematic framework of risk management.
  • Manage prioritization and balance trade-offs among seller experience, user experience, creator experience, and platform performance/protection.
  • Engage with various business, operation, tech, and security/risk stakeholders to solve risk problems at scale.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Math, Statistics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in Antifraud, Finance Service, Risk Management, Trust & Safety.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis is required; fundamental understanding of statistics or Machine Learning based algorithms is a plus.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and driving innovation on behalf of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
  • Understanding of new fraud motives and sensible diagnosis of key control points.
  • Proven communication skills in verbal and written.
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and effectively liaise with people at all levels.
