Job Overview

Position Details:

  • Type: Full-time (including evening and night shifts)
  • Compensation:
    • Senior Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist: $38, $18.26/hr plus benefits
    • Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist: $34, $16.58/hr plus benefits
    • Recovery Support Specialist: $30, $14.42/hr plus benefits
  • FLSA Status: Nonexempt

Additional Compensation: Employees may receive extra pay for working outside standard hours, including:

  • Evening/Nights - additional $0.50/hr
  • Weekends - additional $0.75/hr
  • Holidays - additional $0.75/hr
  • On-call - $1.00/hr

Qualifications:

  • Senior Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist: Requires current certification, high school diploma or GED, advocacy experience in recovery, and two years of relevant experience.
  • Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist: Requires current certification, high school diploma or GED, and advocacy experience in recovery.
  • Recovery Support Specialist: Requires high school diploma or GED, advocacy knowledge in recovery, and the ability to obtain certification.
