Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of invoicing procedures, basic accounting principles, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and issue invoices to customers accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Track and follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely payment.
  • Assist with general accounting tasks such as data entry, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and summaries.
  • Assist with payroll processing, including timekeeping, employee data entry, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Perform regular checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring inventory is kept at appropriate levels.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, scheduling, and coordinating office activities.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in invoicing, payroll, and basic accounting tasks.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
