Service Manager II Job Description

VIP Auto LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager II to join our team. As a Service Manager II, you will be responsible for leading a team of service technicians and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of service technicians to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
  • Develop and implement service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Ensure that all service operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve service efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and maintain a high level of employee engagement and motivation.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that service technicians have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service.
  • Manage and maintain a high level of quality and accuracy in all service operations.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve customer retention and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a service management role.
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective service strategies.
  • Ability to manage and maintain a high level of employee engagement and motivation.
  • Ability to develop and implement training programs.
  • Ability to manage and maintain a high level of quality and accuracy in all service operations.
