As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for enrolling clients into our debt settlement program and ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Enroll clients into the DebtBlue program and send documentation for signatures
* Answer client questions and resolve any issues with signing documents
* Follow Compliance Guideline Policy to ensure accounts meet enrollment requirements
* Review and score Certified Debt Specialist calls for quality assurance and provide feedback
* Maintain client confidentiality and comply with all federal and state regulations

**Requirements:**

* High School diploma or GED
* Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
* Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines with little to no supervision
* Strong math skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and client service software
