Job Description

The Clinical Site Manager at Armina Health is responsible for the overall management of our orthopedic clinics, including clinical operations, staff supervision, and quality assurance. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

We are seeking an experienced manager who can drive clinical excellence, improve patient outcomes, and maintain a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of clinical operations, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Operations: Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of our orthopedic clinics, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care services.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance programs, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Patient Satisfaction: Foster a positive patient experience, improving satisfaction ratings and promoting loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical management or leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in clinical operations, staff supervision, and quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
