Sales Development Manager

The Regional Sales Trainer will be responsible for developing, leading, and managing the training and development program for The Good Feet Sales team. This includes creating a robust onboarding program and overseeing employee integration into the company culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct New Hire Orientation
- Plan, organize, and develop training curriculum and materials
- Provide training-related communication and updates to leadership
- Assist with managing training needs across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education, learning, and development
- Minimum 3 years of training and facilitation experience
- Basic understanding of sales competencies and ability to train these concepts
Compensation
The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
