Sustainability Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Reporting Manager to join our team at VOX Global. As a key member of our ESG/Sustainability practice, you will play a critical role in supporting large global corporations with mature sustainability programs, as well as midsize and smaller companies just getting started with their ESG/Sustainability journey.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of ESG and sustainability reports, ensuring alignment with leading reporting frameworks (CSRD/ESRS, GRI, SASB, TCFD, ISSB) and responding to ESG assessor requests such as CDP and S&P.
- Contribute to or lead materiality assessments, goal setting, stakeholder engagement, executive thought leadership, and multifaceted communications plans.
- Manage ESG/Sustainability projects and clients, with excellent interpersonal skills, strong writing, data analysis, and research skills, and a strong attention to detail and project management.
- Interface directly with clients in a fast-paced environment with competing demands and deadlines, and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, proposal, and pitch development.

What We Offer- A competitive salary range of $80,000-$105,000, based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
