We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant District Manager to join our team at Goodwin Recruiting. As a Restaurant District Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of restaurant managers and overseeing the operations of multiple restaurant locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of restaurant managers and provide guidance and support to ensure the success of the restaurants.
  • Oversee the financial performance of the restaurants and develop strategies to improve profitability.
  • Develop and implement operational plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement menu strategies that drive sales and improve profitability.
  • Manage labor costs and develop strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Multi-Unit Manager or higher.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to develop and implement financial plans.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
