Program Coordinator, Operations Specialist

The Program Coordinator, Operations Specialist will provide administrative support to the UNCF Institute for Capacity Building program management team. This role will assist multiple program managers with programmatic responsibilities, including program development, event planning, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, implementation, and oversight of various ICB programs.
- Plan and execute special events, annual convenings, and webinars.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders, including funders, partners, and participants.
- Develop and update content for social media, newsletters, and marketing materials.
- Assist in budget management, including preparing financial reports and tracking program expenses.
- Create engaging presentations, flyers, and other promotional materials.
- Seek opportunities to enhance program processes and implement best practices.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in program coordination or related roles.
- A high school diploma required; a bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Creativity in event planning and marketing.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
- Ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions.
