Job Summary

Boulder Scientific Company is seeking a skilled Chemical Process Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient manufacture of chemical intermediates and finished products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate chemical processes and equipment to produce high-quality products
  • Perform setup, cleaning, and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Handle and dispose of hazardous and non-hazardous materials in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Participate in emergency response and waste management activities as needed
  • Assist in record keeping and documentation of production processes and activities
  • Collaborate with production supervisors and other team members to achieve production goals and objectives
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; experience in construction, manufacturing, or oil and gas industries preferred
  • Ability to pass a basic math and reading assessment
  • Physical ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds and work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Working Conditions

The Chemical Process Specialist will work in a fast-paced production environment, frequently exposed to chemicals, noise, and other hazards. The employee must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and follow established safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
