Responsibilities

  • Organize informational/promotional events, troops, and meetings through community venues to engage with local communities.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with local schools, parent organizations, businesses, and community organizations to promote girl membership.
  • Making cold contacts daily and follows up on warm leads to identify opportunities for growth.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Passionate about girl leadership and community development.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including public presentations.
  • High School Diploma or College Degree preferred.
  • Self-motivated and efficient with strong time-management skills.
  • Ability to relate well to both adults and children.
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
