Position Overview

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Senior Analyst will be an integral part of the financial oversight and strategic planning for ENGIE North America. This role involves comprehensive financial assessment, reporting, and budgeting tailored for the Regional Services sector. The analyst will work closely with various teams across North America and collaborate with support functions in Paris. Reporting directly to the Vice President of FP&A, the analyst will ensure the precision of monthly and quarterly financial outcomes for regional management and group reporting.

  • Oversee the formulation of annual budgets, re-forecasts, and medium-term business strategies.
  • Develop supporting documentation under the guidance of the VP of FP&A.
  • Drive process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and control.
  • Manage the monthly group reporting cycle and conduct analysis of Profit & Loss and Cash Flow Statement elements.
  • Engage in cross-departmental projects as the FP&A subject matter expert.
  • Assist the VP of FP&A with regular and ad-hoc analytical requests.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or MBA in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or accounting.
  • Experience in energy markets and/or accounting principles is advantageous.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SAP solutions, and/or Power BI.
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
  • Effective coordination skills for timely delivery of results and presentations.
  • A proactive approach to working in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

Salary Range: $74,500 - $104,265 USD annually. Actual salary may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and education. Eligible for a competitive bonus/incentive plan.
