Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Oversight: Manage daily financial transactions, ensuring adherence to company policies and timely posting to the General Ledger. Develop cash flow forecasts and monitor daily variances for resolution.
  2. Asset Protection: Establish procedures for the custody and control of assets and ensure effective financial reporting practices are in place.
  3. Financial Guidance: Create systematic reports that focus on key success factors, identifying and resolving inconsistencies in financial performance.
  4. Budget Leadership: Facilitate the annual budgeting process, analyze departmental budgets against actual results, and provide recommendations for fund requests.
  5. Compliance Management: Supervise financial processes to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, preparing necessary reports in a timely manner.
  6. Systems Expertise: Administer and support financial systems, ensuring they operate in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
  7. Team Management: Oversee accounting staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation, while fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

Preferred experience in inventory management and distribution, with proficiency in Microsoft GP Dynamics. Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capabilities, including formulas and pivot tables, are essential. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required. Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of managerial accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a senior role, along with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
