PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct analysis and prepare rolling forecasts and annual budgets across multiple cost centers within our Segment Administrative group and associated Business Units.

Report key performance indicators (KPIs) to operations and management, ensuring clarity in understanding metrics.
Strive to identify and implement enhancements in finance and operational processes.

Create PowerBI visualizations in collaboration with segment executives to facilitate informed financial decision-making and comprehensive business analysis.

Oversee segment task lists and deliverables.
Assist with both internal and external reporting as required.
Undertake additional duties and special projects as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with US GAAP.
Experience with Hyperion Financial Management and/or Oracle is advantageous.
PowerBI expertise is required; familiarity with Alteryx, SQL, or MS Power Automate is a plus.
