Job Title: Sales and Events Manager

Bodega Taqueria y Tequila is seeking an experienced Sales and Events Manager to join our team in Chicago, IL. As a key member of our sales and events team, you will be responsible for driving sales and executing events that showcase our unique brand and offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Manage and execute events, including corporate and social events, marketing initiatives, and off-site events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to drive sales and event success.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales management experience, with a strong background in hospitality or food and beverage.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and executing successful events.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales and marketing tools.
