About Us: We are the Media Lab, a pioneering media services division within the Berkshire Hathaway Shoe Holdings group based in Andover, MA. Our talented team consists of designers, developers, writers, photographers, and videographers, functioning as a comprehensive internal agency that represents a diverse portfolio of 22 footwear brands across various categories including fashion, athletic, recreational, and performance products.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic corporate trainer to enhance our training initiatives related to Salesforce Commerce Cloud. This role involves developing educational materials and courses aimed at improving user experience and performance across our e-commerce platforms. The trainer will engage in extensive training on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) B2C platform and will coordinate merchandising strategies across multiple e-commerce websites.

Key Responsibilities:

Training and Development:

  • Design and implement training programs tailored for our SFCC B2C platform across various teams.
  • Create comprehensive training materials, guides, and tutorials that accommodate diverse learning preferences.
  • Stay updated on new features and enhancements in SFCC, integrating these into training sessions.
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars for both new and existing employees.

Merchandising Coordination:

  • Assist divisions in executing and monitoring online merchandising strategies on the SFCC platform.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overarching marketing strategies.
  • Analyze customer behavior and market trends to provide insights on optimizing product placement and promotions.
  • Oversee the maintenance of product catalogs, including descriptions, images, and pricing, providing assistance as necessary.

Platform Management:

  • Ensure the seamless operation of the SFCC B2C platform, addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with design, software, and development teams to enhance platform functionality and user experience.
  • Maintain current knowledge of e-commerce trends, technologies, and updates related to SFCC B2C.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience as a corporate trainer, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C is advantageous.
  • Understanding of e-commerce principles and merchandising strategies is beneficial.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficient in data analysis and utilizing tools to extract insights from e-commerce metrics.
