Responsibilities:

  • Drafting press releases, media pitches, and other communications materials
  • Maintaining and updating media contact lists and databases
  • Coordinating with media outlets to secure coverage and manage press inquiries
  • Supporting the planning and execution of PR events, press conferences, and community outreach programs
  • Tracking and analyzing media coverage and campaign performance

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with PR tools (e.g., Cision, Meltwater)
