Mixologist Assistant

Estimated Salary: $11.00/hour

We are seeking a skilled Mixologist Assistant to join our team at Levy Fox Theatre.

As a Mixologist Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a friendly and courteous manner. You will set up assigned bars, requisition and stock all necessary supplies, and maintain a clean and organized work area.

You will greet guests with a smile, take orders for drinks, and present them with standard ingredient recipes. You will also detect and act upon guest inebriation as trained, demonstrate knowledge of liquor laws, and receive cash from guests, make change, and record charges.
