Senior Social Media Creative Lead

We're looking for a Senior Social Media Creative Lead to join our fast-paced team of digital makers. In this role, you'll work in close collaboration with Ogilvy's strategy, influencer, PR, and creative teams, some of the best social and content experts in the industry. We're looking at you to create best-in-class and unique content for social programs or integrated campaigns that are social-first at heart and designed to disrupt.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to develop and present creative concepts for clients and new business to help build brands on Social
- Attend and capture content at photoshoots and events
- Work closely with Art Directors and Designers to ensure copy tone and style are consistent with visual direction, style, and brand guidelines
- Write, shoot, edit, and produce content owned across multiple channels
- Understand business objectives and audience demographics to land the messaging successfully
- Translate creative direction and copy points from creative briefs into engaging and effective concepts
- Proof-read and vet copy to ensure consistency in tone, grammar, and messaging before assets are handed over to be published
- Stay abreast with global cultural trends and industry updates, and proactively develop timely ideas for relevant
- Identify user and community-generated content that should be reposted, gain permissions, and re-edit audio tracks as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant art direction, design, and content creation experience in the social space
- Strategic and conceptual thinking
- Ability to lead scrappy content creation
- Passion for learning and self-improvement
- Proactive and a self-starter
- Positive attitude and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Adaptable and able to handle changes in briefs, priorities, and edits
- True passion for food & beverage vertical
