Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Rad Tech to join our team at Saint Agnes Medical Center. As a key member of our cardiovascular radiology department, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of specialized invasive cardiovascular diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and specialized radiographic procedures, including fluoroscopy and other imaging modalities.
  • Provide patient care and physician assistance during procedures.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical technologies and procedures.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Graduate of a two-year accredited program in Radiology Technology required.
  • Two years of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist or Cardiac Radiology Technologist required.
  • Valid Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) certification issued by the California Department of Public Health-Radiologic Health Branch (CDPH-RHB) required.
  • American Registry Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification in Radiography required.
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR card required.
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within one year of hire.
