Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Saint Agnes Medical Center. As a key member of our cardiovascular unit, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of specialized invasive cardiovascular diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing routine and specialized radiographic procedures
  • Providing patient care and physician assistance during procedures
  • Assisting in the diagnosis, management, and treatment of cardiovascular disease
  • Collaborating with the Lead Cardiovascular Radiologic Technologist to ensure seamless workflow and high-quality patient care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A graduate degree in Radiology Technology from an accredited program
  • At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist, preferably in a cardiovascular setting
  • A valid Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) certification with Fluoroscopy permit
  • A current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR card
  • Successful completion of a basic arrhythmia recognition course within six months of hire
  • A working knowledge of basic physics, anatomy/physiology, biology, math, and radiographic positioning
