Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Aviation Customer Service Representative to join our team at Million Air. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly, professional, and personalized service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Concierge Services: Offer concierge services to pilots and customers, including making reservations, arranging for services, and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, pilots, and team members, using excellent communication skills to resolve issues and provide information.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, preferences, and feedback in our Million Air CSI system.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the line service team to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed customer expectations.
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the front desk, lobby, and all FBO amenities.
Requirements
  • Customer Focus: Possess a natural ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with customers, pilots, and team members.
  • Technical Skills: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office products and point-of-sale programs.
  • Mathematical Skills: Basic mathematical knowledge to accurately handle customer transactions and maintain records.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and walk throughout the facility to interact with customers.
Working Conditions

This position operates in a professional environment, which may include exposure to all types of weather conditions and direct contact with both moving and non-moving aircraft.

Education and Experience
  • Customer Service Experience: Preferably in the service industry, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to Work: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as maintain a clean driving record and pass a background check.
