Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical / Pediatric Unit at Mercy Hospital Ardmore. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care to a diverse population, including Med/Surg and Pediatric patients.

Unit Overview:

The Medical / Pediatric Unit is a 32-bed unit that offers a wide range of clinical experiences. Our patient population includes patients with CHF, Renal failure, Dialysis, COPD, Pneumonia, and Covid-19. We also care for Pediatric patients with RSV, UTI, oral surgeries, and appendectomies.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
  • Licensure: Current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
  • Physical Requirements: Prolonged standing and walking, ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat.
  • Experience: New or experienced RN.
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
