Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies to achieve StickerGiant's growth objectives.
- Manage a $7M annual marketing budget, optimizing spend across multiple channels to achieve maximum ROI.
- Lead and mentor a small team of performance marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee all aspects of paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing, programmatic video, and display advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Utilize data analytics and KPIs to drive decisions, optimize campaigns, and report on performance to senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related field required.
- 8+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing, and programmatic channels.
- Proven track record of managing a significant marketing budget and achieving measurable results.
- Experience in Google ads, Facebook ads manager, Google merchant center, and Amazon ads. Experience in the Impact platform a plus.
- Hands-on experience with campaign management, optimization, and A/B testing.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.
- Experience managing internal teams and external agencies effectively.
