Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of leasing agents and maintenance professionals to deliver outstanding resident experiences.
- Maintain high occupancy levels and ensure timely completion of move-out paperwork.
- Conduct unit inspections and review rental applications for approval.
- Manage collections of all monies due to the community and process community invoices for payment.
- Process community staff payroll and maintain positive relationships with community owners and residents.
- Timely completion of reports required by government agencies and the Company.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1+ year previous experience as a residential property manager, with HUD/Section 8 experience a plus.
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience with Yardi or a similar platform is a plus.
- Valid drivers' license.
