Wallick Communities is seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to lead our apartment communities in providing exceptional resident experiences. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of leasing agents and maintenance professionals to deliver outstanding resident experiences.
  • Maintain high occupancy levels and ensure timely completion of move-out paperwork.
  • Conduct unit inspections and review rental applications for approval.
  • Manage collections of all monies due to the community and process community invoices for payment.
  • Process community staff payroll and maintain positive relationships with community owners and residents.
  • Timely completion of reports required by government agencies and the Company.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1+ year previous experience as a residential property manager, with HUD/Section 8 experience a plus.
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience with Yardi or a similar platform is a plus.
  • Valid drivers' license.
