About the Role

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Communications Manager to join our Operations Internal Communications team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communications plans to engage and inform our global Operations employees and support teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communications plans to support business objectives and initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication of key messages and updates
  • Manage and maintain internal communication channels, including email, intranet, and other digital platforms
  • Provide strategic counsel to senior leaders on communications and reputation management
  • Develop and implement crisis communications plans to mitigate potential risks and reputational damage
  • Monitor and analyze communication metrics to inform future communications strategies
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in internal communications or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful communications plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with crisis communications and reputation management
