Position Overview
As a Senior Business Analyst - Healthcare Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging technology to assist our clients in improving the health and well-being of the communities they serve.

Your Contributions
In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate the responsibilities and activities of a business analyst team on IT initiatives while mentoring junior team members through guidance and support.
  • Act as a knowledgeable liaison among clients, project managers, and technical teams to define, document, and communicate business requirements and their anticipated impacts.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop business specifications at the onset of technical projects.
  • Analyze, plan, design, document, and recommend enhancements to business processes that align with clients' technological objectives.
  • Ensure all requirements are fulfilled by validating and approving test outcomes.
  • Utilize analytical or relational database tools, such as Excel or SQL, to quantify the expected impact of initiatives.

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:

  • 8+ years of experience in a relevant Business Analyst role, with a preference for 3+ years in Medicaid.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related IT field.
  • Familiarity with software development modeling tools to create Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams.
  • Advanced proficiency in analytical software, including Microsoft Excel and SQL, as well as requirement-mapping tools like Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
  • Strong communication skills to effectively translate client needs into actionable objectives.
  • Robust analytical and business process re-engineering capabilities.
  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills for engaging with business leaders, clients, and technical personnel.
