We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Quality and Compliance to lead our Quality and Risk Management initiatives. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of regulatory standards and a proven track record of driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive quality strategy that aligns with our business objectives and ensures compliance with regulatory standards.
- Quality and Risk Management: Coordinate quality and risk management activities across the organization, promoting the integration of quality services and initiatives through collaboration with all departments.
- Policy Development: Develop and revise policies and programs as needed to ensure compliance with licensing/accrediting standards and state/federal rules and regulations.
- Compliance Certifications: Lead all compliance certifications and re-certifications, including ISO 9001 quality management standards.
- Staff Oversight: Oversee staff responsible for conducting actions according to Federal, State, and Corporate policies, including HIPAA, HITECH, Personal Health Information (PHI), and Personal Identifying Information (PII).
- Contract Negotiation: Develop and negotiate contracts that meet the financial and professional goals of the business.
- Leadership and Communication: Provide leadership for all compliance initiatives and partner with Client and corporate officers on external communications related to the project.
- Leadership Experience: Direct and control the activities of one or more functional areas, divisions, product groups, or service areas through senior managers who have overall responsibility for the successful operation of those assigned areas.
- Business Acumen: Consistently work with abstract ideas or situations across functional areas of the business.
- Strategic Thinking: Through assessment of intangible variables, identify and evaluate fundamental issues, providing strategy and direction for major functional areas.
- Knowledge and Skills: Require in-depth knowledge of the functional area, business strategies, and the company's goals.
- Communication and Negotiation: Interact internally and externally with executive-level management, requiring negotiation of extremely critical matters.
- Influence and Reporting: Influence policymaking and report to VP-level management.
