About the Role

The HVAC Estimator and Project Manager will be responsible for sizing, estimating, and quoting all HVAC projects. This includes working with the sales team, project managers, and understanding the customer's requirements. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with customers, sales teams, and other internal departments to ensure each project is delivered as promised.

Key Responsibilities

  • Estimate the cost of HVAC projects and prepare cost estimates
  • Review project plans and specifications, research products and materials, and evaluate bids
  • Provide estimates for projects with a range of complexity
  • Remain up to date on current industry trends to stay competitive
  • Maintain records of all completed estimates in an organized manner


Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in HVAC estimating, experience in a variety of project types, including commercial and industrial projects. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with customers, sales teams, and other internal departments.
