Job Summary

The Human Resources Representative serves as a key liaison and advisor to warehouse leaders on HR matters, ensuring seamless employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a primary HR contact for employees, providing day-to-day problem-solving and guidance on benefits coverage and leave administration.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to maintain HRIS/Payroll systems, ensuring accurate data recording and reporting.
  • Facilitate warehouse onboarding and training, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Support special projects as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the HR team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with a minimum of two years of experience in HR or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse environment and proficiency in Paylocity HRIS is highly preferred.
  • Continuous learning engagement activities, such as HR Certification from HRCI or SHRM, are encouraged.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Work Environment

This role operates in an office environment, with regular use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.

Physical Demands

The employee will regularly be sitting and working at a computer, with minimal physical demands.

Salary and Benefits

This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary of $60,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.
