Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the Accounting and Finance industry, with a proven track record of managing Google Ads, social media platforms, and lead generation strategies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive high-quality traffic and leads to our website.
  • Leverage social media platforms to promote our products and services, engage with our audience, and build a strong online community.
  • Lead the development and execution of lead generation strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Coordinate with the advertising team to create compelling digital ads that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand values.
  • Analyze digital media performance and make data-driven decisions to improve our digital marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with the brand strategy team to ensure a consistent brand message across all digital channels.
  • Plan and execute digital events to engage with our audience and promote our offerings.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Manage our retail channels and consumer stores to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
  • Oversee our e-commerce platform, including website management, SEO optimization, and conversion rate optimization.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the Accounting and Finance industry.
  • Proven experience in managing Google Ads, social media platforms, and lead generation strategies.
  • Strong understanding of advertising principles, digital media trends, and brand strategy development.
  • Experience in planning and executing digital events.
  • Solid knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis.
  • Experience in managing retail channels, consumer stores, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
