Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our affiliate marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Affiliate Marketing Strategies: Design and implement effective affiliate marketing campaigns to maximize revenue growth and enhance brand visibility.
  • Recruit and Manage Affiliate Partners: Identify and onboard new affiliate partners to expand our network, while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners to ensure continued success.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of affiliate marketing initiatives with other marketing channels.
  • Negotiate and Manage Affiliate Contracts: Develop and manage contracts with affiliate partners to ensure profitability, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Related Field: A degree in marketing or a related field is essential for this role.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and problem-solving, are required to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Communication and Teamwork Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills are necessary to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with affiliate partners.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Ability to manage budgets and financial resources effectively to achieve business objectives.
Work Environment

This is a remote position with occasional in-office visits. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
