About the Role

As a Sales Project Manager at Genz-Ryan, you will be at the forefront of delivering unparalleled service to homeowners across the Twin Cities. Your typical duties will include:

  • Conducting scheduled appointments with homeowners to provide top-notch HVAC, plumbing, and electrical solutions.
  • Prospecting and following up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Driving a company-provided vehicle to ensure exceptional service for our valued customers.
  • Developing strong relationships with customers and internal teams, including technicians, warehouse staff, customer service, and dispatch.
  • Mastering the art of objection handling and negotiation.
