Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sustainability plans and programs to reduce our environmental impact
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive sustainability initiatives and ensure successful product releases
  • Collaborate with executive leaders and field teams to identify and analyze relevant statutory, industry, and customer data to inform our sustainability approach
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program performance and drive business growth through data-driven decision making
  • Provide programmatic leadership and direction to cross-functional teams to drive sustainability initiatives and ensure successful product releases
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sustainability leadership and program management
