Position Summary:
The Overnight Client Support Coordinator plays a crucial role in delivering a welcoming and structured environment that meets client expectations during their treatment journey.
Work Schedule: Full-Time, with various scheduling options available throughout the week.
- Typical Shift: Wednesday to Sunday, 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM, with Monday and Tuesday off.
- Note: A $2.00 shift differential applies for hours worked between 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to the daily non-therapeutic needs of clients while upholding a calm, professional demeanor and adhering to established service standards.
- Conduct scheduled medication room tasks in line with company medication policies.
- Adhere to all relevant federal, state, and accreditation regulations.
- Resolve client-related issues in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Follow safety protocols during emergency situations.
- Manage medication inventory, including counts and documentation.
- Restock vending machines on a nightly basis.
- Complete and document equipment temperature checks nightly.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Visio is a plus).
Compensation:
The hourly wage for this role ranges from $18.00 to $20.00, based on various job-related factors including skills, education, experience, and performance.
